Liver flush report

Completed #18 (i think); lots of gravel and a few stones floating on top of the toilet and possibly some larger ones dropping to the toilet floor unseen. While the count is not as big as my first few flushes, I am still getting alot out.

This time I did my first ES at 5.00 a.m.; then 7.00 a.m. and then drank the Olive oil/lemon juice mixture at 8:45 a.m. yesterday.

I then spent the whole day feeling queezy; however, I cannot do the flush overnight as I have a weak sphinter and get too much reflux if i'm lying down... so this is the best timeframe for me.

About 6:30 p.m. I took my epson dose and had a smallish producitive load appear in the toilet an hour later. I then went out to eat (I felt hungry despite guzzling more than half a cup of oil) and then went to bed and slept the night.

This morning, I had a second epson dose which produced alot of gravel and a few small stones.. some big ones appear to drop to the bottom of the murky toilet waters... did not fish them out.. but it felt productive.
