Especially in the beginning three years ago, when I was in a state of panic practically all of the time. When I read my oldest posts, I can see how desperate and sick I was.

Had I known what I know now twenty years ago, my health wouldn't have deteriorated to a point where I could barely walk. So now I'm committed to help people get back to health faster - way faster - than I was able to do back then.
