Hair mineral analysis results

I have had a hair mineral analysis done and could do with some help from others more knowledgeable.

Ratios:
Calcium/magnesium 72:1
Calcium/phosphorus 26.9:1
Calcium/potassium 12:1
Sodium/potassium 0.4:1
Sodium/magnesium 2.4:1
Iron/copper 0.72:1
Zinc/copper 6.8:1
Zinc/lead 1667:1
Zinc/cadmium 15000:1
Selenium/cadmium 44:1
Selenium/Mercury 8.8:1

Calcium 2721 ug/gram of hair (high range starts at 2800)
Magnesium 38 ug/gram of hair (normal range starts at 60)

Can anyone advise best course of action? I know supplementing with magnesium with help to absorb calcium but am worried about it lowering my sodium level (above normal but still lower in comparison to my mid-range potassium levels). Also, should I supplement zinc to deal with the copper toxicity or leave it alone for now? (zinc levels were just below normal).

My health has improved greatly compared to when I was diagnosed with M.E. 15 years ago. I'm mostly left with the persistent tiredness and probable gallbladder issues.
