Apple Cider or Bubbly Apple Juice

Living in Europe and I can't find Apple Cider like that said for the liver cleanse.

Apple Cider is difference from Apple Juice, what is the difference ?

I can find Apple juice -> no problem
I can find Cider -> but this is with alcohol

I found Sweet Cider which is with alcohol.
I found Sparkling Apple juice -> No alcohol but is this Cider ?

So what is the difference between AJ and AC ?
Where can I buy some without alcohol ?
Why AC instead of AJ ?
