I think these are also called boils. For anyone suffering, tamanu oil and sea buckthorn oil really help applied directly and as a preventative, but they are definitely a symptom of candida/yeast. Also cleansing the area first with witch hazel helps.

Look up HCL and low stomach acid for candida. I wish I had figured all of this out years ago. Tweet
