Your jaw is definitely the more serious of the two. Who is doing your surgery for your jaw?
It is very important to have a surgeon who use plasma rich platelates to fill in the cavitation.
I am dealing with the same issue. It is relentless. But mine went on for a 1 1/2 years before diagnosis. Don't let it go on too long. It gets worse with time.
