My skin glows with youth!

I just used a couple of Tbsps of mag citrate powder in 8oz of water last night. I felt my liver and GB emptying out like crazy. Same as results as Epsom Salt but a bit gentler on GI tract. So yes I think what you have on hand should do the job.
