Help Me
Whats Wrong?
It started two years ago. It was a very slow decline in cognitive ability, very noticeable and affecting my grades. At first I thought it was just me being a, I couldn’t even remember the word to describe myself there. I thought I was just being worried and needed to relax. I remember some days of grade 8 I would wake up and tell myself that I will not make any mistakes today. I was wrong, I would make so many mistakes, do dumb things. I also experienced irregular stools and some anal itching that I only noticed at night but it is present in the day now. I had a bit of constipation but no diarrhea . Sometimes when I would run I would cough phlegm, my chest would cramp (probably a result of poor breathing). I developed a allergy as a kid to dust mites, very severe as a result of peeing in my bed too many times somehow. I would get sick very often as well, so I took tons of antibiotics which is why I thought I might have candida overgrowth but a stool test ruled that out (but the stool was from when I was completely off sugars so I dont know).
I think it was the middle of summer when I started to get this pressure in my head. I had also been suffering from a lack of co-ordination that I noticed while playing soccer and these weird tics/twitches in my thighs. Well originally I thought this might be a p 0 r n addiction problem as when I researched brain fog, I found many people suffering from brain fog as a symptom of p 0 r n. Although I doubted I had a p 0 r n addiction I gave it a shot. I didn’t see much benefit so I just stopped. Then I thought maybe its gluten. As I read about how most people are intolerant to gluten but never realize it. I tried but I didn't get very far. In these original tests I didn't give it much time either.
Eventually I became fed up and went to my doctor. She ordered some blood work. Turns out I had a iron deficiency and low b12. So then I started taking supplements for both and went off gluten for a week or so. I think, keyword think, that I felt much better and my everything was returning to normal. But then I think on the 12th of september I wasn’t feeling right. I felt sick, lots of mucus, congested nose, brain fog was back as well as pressure. Im not sure if I had a fever cause I went to sleep straight after school. I was practically dead. The day after my friend came to my house at 12 woke me up and I felt horrible. Over the course of the next few days I felt a bit better. I ate a bite of gluten that week, at subway I believe so I figured maybe I am gluten intolerant?
But this time it was different. I started experiencing these weird pains everywhere. Like my neck would start hurting for a few seconds and then my arms, my wrist, my legs, ankles everywhere. I thought I was going insane. My doctor currently think its depression. But I don’t have much reason to be depressed. I just feel drained. Anxiety as well, I dont really feel that anxious. I have no social fears either. I told a friend that my doctor thought I had depression and he burst out laughing…
Throughout this whole time I also felt incredibly fatigued and drained. I don’t remember exactly when but somewhere before or after the 12th I started having heart palpitations and tingling in my arms and feet. I was researching day and night for a cause. I was suspecting gluten still so I went off gluten again but I didn’t really feel better. Somewhere after the 12th I also started to experience this weird itching. Everywhere. Randomly my body would just start itching somewhere for a few seconds and then it would change to something else. I think a pain I especially remember was in my knees. It was very severe, lasted few seconds. I was walking down a few stairs to leave school. Very sudden, lasted 5 seconds at most and bam, gone…
Before the 12th I also had eyebrow twitching at one point that vanished as well as gum bleeding and perhaps bad breath. I never woke up refreshed etc. Random muscle twitches in my legs calves and gluteus. Especially in my gluteus and feet. These weird tics like bubbles. It twitches like a bubble. Its like pop. Very odd sensation. My ears started hurting, they felt full, or as if there was fluid inside. I also experienced temporary hearing loss somehow early July, and I had trouble reading things, in fact I sometimes still do. My eyes sometimes just skip over words or something looks different, I look away look back and its different.. As for hearing loss, believe me, it was there, it is gone but I don't know if it’s related to any of this. I would watch supernatural and I couldn’t understand any of it whereas now I do…
I had a mouth sore a few days ago, two in fact. One in my lower lip, other upper lip. At one point I also had odd testicular pains. Like something down there got kicked or squeezed. I also had feelings of coldness somewhere I forgot.
I’m not sure but one day to test if its candida, I ate lots of Nutella. My rectal itch definitely was more apparent but over the course of the next couple days my toilet paper had blood in it as I wiped it. Not sure if it was definitely related to my Nutella. I’m not sure if it was even blood but it was very bright and red. I don't know if it has anything to do with this. I also had a mucus a few days ago in my stool. I will upload pictures of my stools with links at the end.
Sometimes I would also get pain in my eyes. Stabbing for a few seconds, or randomly my eyes would itch and burn. Recently it lasted a while and was after eating Nutella, I noticed more itching after eating Nutella. You know what I will go test right now. My stomach feels discomforted. I somewhat feel something in my eyes but I will wait a bit longer (been a minute or two). Yea I don't think its Nutella causing the itching but my stomach does feel discomforted after eating it. I only ate a omelette today and I woke up at 2ish. My anus has felt more irritated if anything not really itchy which is why I really thought it was candida. Because a irritated anus is typical of candida but itchy is more parasites. But I am pretty sure a few days it was really itchy.
I also had random stabbing pains in my heads for a few seconds that started after the 12th. My mood also changed very quickly. I would easily get mad at my mom for things that didn’t really matter. Or I felt sudden anger and this was happening over the two years. I think at one point I also had this really weird hive on my hand. It went away in minutes and I never figured out how I got it. I was also switching my diet up and trying to get fit in July/August so perhaps something to do with that? I went to the gym everyday, followed a routine. I was trying my best to become fit. I am pretty athletic and fit already but I was trying to build a body.
I definitely had some dry skin on my feet and my hand too. I think I noticed this before the 12th but I don't exactly remember. I have been iron deficient since I was a kid but being on the S.A.D I was surprised I was low in b12 as I ate lots of eggs now and cheese.
Sometimes my fog/pressure is less and sometimes it is more. A very weird symptom I noticed as well was I could feel my heartbeat in different places. I could feel the vein/artery in my knee, or when I lay down, I can feel that major artery in your back pumping very hard and for some people this pops which is why I got kind of scared. But I am only 14…
I also had heart pains after eating KFC. I was changing my diet lots during this time. I tried the candida diet for a while but I read about the 80/10/10 diet and I thought maybe its the real way to cure it because that week I felt better I was eating tons of fruit to fill myself. But nope, I don't think thats the cure anymore. A new symptom I developed over the last two weeks or week is stomach bloating and gas. My stomach feels very bloated after eating anything and I never seem to get full. I just keep constantly eating and eating and eating. I do have a bit of protein in my diet from eggs and cheese but I have stopped all of that for now other than eggs and I am going to do the complete candida diet. I also was eating fish, chicken so I don't know why I always feel so hungry now. No diarrhea at all though. Just dry hard stools sometimes or soft stools.
I really think its lyme/candida but candida stool test came back negative but I doubt my doctor even knows much about this so I will try to get my hands on the report. I also had a very stiff neck like when I would look down I could really feel the muscles in my neck and they just felt tight even when I didn’t. Lower back pain, like pain everywhere. I also had this weird symptom of tingling in my head. Like on the side of my head, I had this tingling in a line. I think the other side too and even the top of my head, but I don't remember anymore. I also had lots of pain under my ear. Ok after this Nutella I feel very constipated now. I had neck pain, pain all over my joints in my fingers.
Oh I was also peeing a lot. Like 7 times a day… My upper chest just under my neck feels a bit painful to touch now as well. Beside my left nipple under it a bit it also felt very painful to touch but I think that fixed itself and was just puberty. A pain really bothering me is in the opposite of my palm. The front side of the hand. In the centre I get this very weird pain/sensation like its in my vein/artery there. In both of them. As well as my wrists. I also get random stomach pains, chest pains, all sorts of odd stuff.
I really doubt I just randomly developed anxiety/depression. I had perfect grades, tons of friends at one point and it just magically got worse. I try my best but I just can’t seem to get up anymore. I don't know whats wrong and i really need help. I think i have Osteoarthritis as when I lay down for a while or sit my knees get very stiff. And I think the sharp pain in my knees could also be Osteoarthritis or lyme. I don't know if candida could cause my pains. Even my jaw starts randomly hurting or my teeth too… For a few seconds and bam its gone. But I am not sure about teeth but it feels like it. I am not sure but I do think I get tired more after eating.
While on the candida diet, stopping all sugars is when I gave my stool test so perhaps that somehow made a difference? What do you think. Yes or no. I haven’t even gone to school in two weeks. Things go in one ear and come out the other… Nothing makes sense anymore and I honestly feel disabled. I don't even play my favourite game, league of legends anymore that much. It just isn’t as fun.
At one point I didn't have a bowl movement for a few days. Oh and my iron levels were 20 and b12 as like 180 I think. Now I really think its Candida as candida loves iron and iron deficiencies predispose to candida and it could cause a b12 deficiency but I don't know why the stool test would be negative. I also have a very itchy scalp, floaters, random things in my eyes sometimes. No actual hallucinations though.
I think I had some die off reactions but I am not really sure. I just felt the same way, brain fogged. I also perhaps think this is all die off. I used to practically live off coke/pizza/grains, garbage food and although I have changed that all now. I let go of coke in like the middle of July and two weeks later I had pressure in my head. Perhaps die off? I don't know. But I will go on the candida diet for sure now. With anti-fungals+probiotics. My diet was still mainly garbage though. I changed it all up around the start of september.
Oh I also sometimes feel water going down. Its very odd and even happens after I ate like 6 bananas or lots of food. My penis also sometimes burn when I pee.
I already checked for diabetes. I woke up after like 12 hours of sleep and my blood sugar level was at 4.6 which I believe is normal.
I am really sorry about any grammatical errors or anything of that sort. I don’t feel very well at the moment. I also have always had this bump on my butt, but I don't think it has anything to do with this. Just figured I would still mention it. I’m not sure how it even looks. But it just feels like a bump. My theory was that when I took the iron it helped alleviate my symptoms as my brain fog/pressure was probably just iron being low. But then it also fed the yeast more and now it is robbing me of my iron even more so my symptoms got even worse. My b12 is probably even lower but I haven’t gotten it checked. But I don't know, I did get a shot for b12 and I don't think candida likes b12 so it probably didn't get anything out of my blood. Maybe iron is causing depression/anxiety which is causing me to feel all these weird pains?
But like randomly my ears feel so full like there is something in them. For a year or two I have constantly felt like I have had a parasite in me eating my brain. Very weird I know but it honestly feels like I am sharing my energy, getting drained. Oh two years ago I coughed this black goo or maybe something alive I don't know in the shower. I think it was phlegm but in the morning I just let it go down the drain, something I regret. Perhaps its related to all of this?
When I get up I feel like something is wrong, My head gets very heavy/light and I don't feel right but then it quickly vanishes. With the blood on my toilet paper I think this is a very serious symptom but I don't know… Perhaps that phlegm was black because it got mixed with blood?
Random pains in my chest, feelings like something in there I don't know… I wrote it down in my notes; “feels like something a ball in my right chest kinda vibrating is weird.”
I think a magnesium deficiency cause of candida is the cause of my twitching and I will get my b12 shot day after tomorrow again and see if the pains go away which would mean that candida was also causing me to not absorb b12 well and b12 was the cause of these pains.
I think at one point I was shaking when hungry at my doctors office. I just bought some atlantic salmon, couldn’t wait to go home and cook it (I make my own food now, sure it probably doesn’t look the best but it fills me up and I make sure its nutritious). My eyes burnt randomly for seconds. I am writing this all from my notes so forgive me because it isn’t in the right order. I also tried removing this mole on my right arm with apple cider vinegar. Poked a little needle into it and now it has a small black round depression in the middle. Once I also got stabbed by a pencil, and the lead is stuck under my skin. Perhaps some sort of poising with the lead?
One night I had 3 times poop one night and tons of rectal pain. I also used to haves lots of dry stools that were hard to pass sometimes. Or they were very loose. Maybe my anal bleeding was a result of a fissure but I dont think it was that painful. I think I also noticed a increase in itching after a orange? Of anus of course. I also take hot bathes so the whole body itching somewhat makes sense with candida. Gonna try and change that a bit. I also had lots of pain in my lower abdomen on the right side. Some sort of burning in my mouth I wrote that down too. I wrote this down as well for the first day I noticed the blood; “ blood in stool as well as pain when releasing stool.” I wrote all of this down as well; “sugar kinda upsets my stomach, lump in my throat, burning in my mouth, after eating anything stomach hurts, sugar kinda upsets my stomach, throat feels irritated after cheese stomach discomfort after cheese.”
I did have some sort of mold in my old house but I have changed houses and lived at someone else's house without much benefit. I had insane tingling in my hands. Severities for sure.
When I was doing biceps one day I noticed this very odd sensation of a nerve tingling in my left bicep as I stretched and contracted it. Don't know if it has anything to do with this. My heartbeat is also very very strong. I could also feel it in my hands at one point. One day I was already closing my eyes at 12 after waking up at 6:40. Even now I get very tired very quickly. My athletic performance is fine in terms of running but not co-ordination.
Trouble sleeping as well. Over the last couple years I had sleeping problems but they disappeared in grade 8. Definitely not nearly as problematic as before. Just all these random weird pains. In my hands everywhere really. I had speech problems, and I still do, can’t remember words or put my ideas on paper effectively. I had morning sickness as well for years. Always skipping breakfast. Never felt hungry by lunch but now I do. Feel my heart beating in my left foot. Mouth and lips dry. Vibrations and flutters in stomach (i don't remember).
One day we were walking outside of the gym and when I saw the sun it like blinded my eyes. I looked around and nobody felt the same way. Only me. I was getting practically blinded… I have also noticed weird white little things in my stool and you can see that in stool #1.
I also had night sweats sometimes over the last few years, dont know why. It just kind of went away. My mom has many health problems that started when I was born. My dad has depression but I really doubt it’s depression. I was really happy before when it started in the middle of summer (happiness didn't last long) and very happy before the 12th. All my notes and some pictures are below. Stool #1 is white stuff, stool #2 is the stool I gave as a sample and stool #3 is my mucus stool. Just hover over to see what number it is but they are ordered.
Please help me, I really can’t live like this. I was planning to do so many things. Program my own new website, service, and get a job at best buy. Everything is falling apart now and I dont understand… Maybe my little week was just placebo where I felt better?
