Hard white balls in stool.

I took my weakly dose of pyrantel and added in 3 days of fenben this week. I felt like I had some die off in the form of night sweats and some tummy ache. I havnt seen or passed anything in about a month. Tonight I had diarrhea and when I wiped there were about 6 perfectly round balls in the stool. They were white and hard like rocks some were bigger than others. I never saw anything like this before and can't recall eating anything like that. I don't have a gallbladder so they can't be gallstones. Any ideas?
