You could try camel milk. That's supposed to help heal allergies. I don't know if it's true, but that's the claim. Also, raw local honey shouldn't hurt. Ours tastes great.

Also, I don't know about for allergies, but I seemed to be intolerant of all raw fruits and vegetables I tried (except bananas). However, taking food grade diatomaceous earth, certain minerals, and milk thistle (as well as a lot of prayer) seemed to help me there.

I think eating raw wheat flour and uncooked oats contributed a lot to my issues. I think mercury toxicity was also to blame.
