How did you do it?

Did you have any health issues which contributed to the excess weight?

There are a few health issues that cause weight gain and/or an inability to lose weight...

- hypothyroidism

- hypothalamus disfunction
- adrenal fatigue/ exhaustion
- e.t.c
... has anyone has weight loss success with these?
