Can you take antibiotics while taking Nystatin???

I have a terrible sinus infection that has lasted months. I also have a terrible smell coming out of my nose. This has happened in the past and Antibiotics helped for a bit.

I have Candida and am currently doing Nystatin enemas. Just wondering if it could be safe to do both at the same time.

I'm pretty sure my sinus issues are caused by the Candida but there's no way to know the actual cause of my infection. My throat, ears also get infected. I also have terrible Oral Trush.

If anyone out there has experience with this or factual information that would be extremely appreciated!
