Mag Sulfate vs Mag Citrate

Is there any difference between mag citrate vs mag sulfate for liver flushing?
Mag citrate is easier to get down, so I'd prefer that... but if there's a specific reason or extra benefit to the mag sulfate, then I can choke it down.
Gonna do some flushing this weekend.
