Re: Mucus formed from biofilms?

I got something very similar out with an enema after I first started taking Interfase. It looked like a long whitish, clearish piece of mucous shaped like a worm. When I tried to pick it up it just broke in half. So it was firm enough to retain its shape, but not firm enough to be picked up. It definitely seemed firmer than any mucous I've ever seen. My feeling is that it was some sort of biofilm, since I felt better after that enema than I had after others.

I should add, I had been taking nattokinase and bromelain every day for a long time, but only got that stuff out after I switched to Interfase.
