Re: Which CS is better?
It's my lungs. It rarely goes upper unless I'm exposed to a room full of sick, snotty kids at work... then I'll have a sinus headache for a day and get over it.
I've had asthma for 26 years thats was mild for the longest time, but after I got sick over the summer- kids picked up a parasite at an amusement park - they get over it and are fully parasite free within 3 weeks but mine went into my left lung and causes my body to flip out.. my inflammatory response was just through the roof. It took me 12 weeks to get over that and the GI wanted to surgically remove where a bunch of them got stuck at the end of my small intestine that created a partial blockage, but i wasnt in any shape for surgery. It did come out eventually... but my left lung was the most damaged... i had the worst infection and pleurisy just in that lung. Vitamins c and d took it away and the inflammation went away and I've got it beat about 80%. But i know theres still infection in there. When I started iodine, my detox came through my lungs and they became infected and slightly inflamed for a couple days. The infection is kicked low enough to where i can't tell it's there and still producing small amounts of mucus overnight. I was told that during sleep your lungs don't expand fully so bacteria multiplies. The good news is that once the mucus clears in the morning, it doesn't come back until the next morning/overnight. I can't shake the left overs on my own, so a good shot of sski and cs should knock it out.
I've made enormous progress already and need to make some huge changes if I want to keep it away for good (dairy and wheat need to go) and regular cleansing. The cleansing alone was what knocked half of it out. It makes me wonder if it was candida related. I should be taking something for biofilms too. Do the biofilm busting supplements work in the lungs too, or just the gut? My gut is surprisingly in good shape. God only knows what's in my lungs though.
I've been meaning to pick up NAC but can't find it locally. Thats on my to-do list for Monday.
CS doesn't affect the beneficial flora when you drink it, if I've read correctly?
