Look but dont touch
Do not touch anyone who could potentially be infected.
Do not touch anything that a person who got infected touched.
Do not touch any clothing that a person handling sick people touched.
Do not enter a house or a closed space where infected person died, it increases chances of accidentally inhaling water particles with virus.
Most of the health workers and aid workers who got infected by Ebola, got infected by touching their own protective clothing and masks, while taking it off.
You can see that health workers handling sick usually have protective clothing, gloves, shoes and masks.
The real problem is: how to take it off and not get in touch with the virus that is "sitting" and "waiting" on the surface.
If you can avoid the touch, you may not contract the virus.
Once you get the virus, your best bet is your own immune system and hydration.
There is absolutely no evidence that anything else but hydration and natural immunity helped survival of about 50% of those infected.
