I think this makes sense, since the virus does live in monkeys and if at all some uncooked parts go in your body, you could have the same virus or it can be passed on just handling the meat.
I have seen "Forks over knives" twice, great documentary. There is so much evidence of humans should be herbivores, Dr. Milton Mills talks about that too. People in India became vegetarians thousands of years ago, they knew something then. But there are people who believe that you must eat meat. I have never eaten meat in my life and I am much in better health than others around me. I don't easily catch colds or get sick.
Ebola will be the next epidemic if it is not contained. Nigeria did a good job in catching this early and containing those who had the virus. Question is why is it not affecting East Africans who also eat monkey meat a lot?
