He did not have contact with Duncan. He is a deputy sheriff who escorted health care workers into the apartment where Duncan was staying. The big question is our government has been telling us that unless we have direct contact with fluids from a carrier of ebola we cannot get the disease. Are they lying to us or are they just ignorant.
