Dry, cracking finger

I burned my finger on my lawn mower a couple months ago, and when it healed, it left my finger wrinkled and dry looking. And that was fine, but about a month ago I ended up getting a blister on that same finger doing yard work, and ever since it has been real bad.

It has stayed dry and cracks and peels all the time. I've been putting coconut oil on it lately and that has helped but must be applied throughout the day.

Does this look like anything? Is there anything else I can do? It is also a little fatter than normal, but only at finger tip, where the finger nail comes out.

Here is some pics:

Also when I'm working, my finger will crack (like in the pic) and start bleeding (never bad), and the skin is real weak and easy to come off. That scab is from a recent scrap that happens too easy. Also my finger itches and feels so good when I scratch it. haha
