If you have followed Grizz postings, his (over) commitment spent all the way from maximum 50 mg (Brownstein) to now trapper dosages of a gram or so. In between it was the Ph/alkaline theory, destilled water, latest candida.
Maybe too enthusiastic, repulsing crusade as he tend to repeat everything until no one been here a while read it anymore, but still many find his postings useful.
