Another idea is to take plenty of potent digestive enzymes on an empty stomach a few times each day. Those enzymes are believed to strip the heads off viruses, kill them and prevent them from multiplying. I also not that silver has been found to prevent HIV/AIDS from replicating in a study at the University of Texas.
