Mentholatum rub and candida
In three years of battling candida I've never seen anyone suggest this and I don't see it in any searches.
I started putting small dabs of mentholatum rub in my nostrils to clear my sinuses and noticed recognizable die-off symptoms.
A search for "Mentholatum rub and candida" showed that people have been using it for toenail fungus successfully. Then I paired up the active ingredients; cedar leaf oil, thymol and nutmeg oil with candida and found that each one has strong antifungal properties.
Prior to trying the Mentholatum rub I realized that the candida has been affecting my breathing and that has been a major stumbling block to my recovery, making regular exercise impossible because it would bring on viral infections and made it difficult to breathe.
I started putting hydrogen peroxide in my ears and that has stopped the viral infections. I've also been inhaling 3% food grade H2O2. I've exercised every day for three weeks now which is double what I've been able to do prior to directly treating my lungs.
I'm still not "cured" but being able to exercise regularly gives me back hope which had been fading for the past year.
BTW, I do a bunch of other stuff to fight the candida also, the usual probiotics, antifungals, diet and nutrition stuff.
H2O2 (Hydrogen-Peroxid) was at the bottom of my list of things I hadn't tried, so if this doesn't work I don't know what to do next. Wish me luck.
