I have a large number of health problems, mostly brought on by prescription drug abuse (stopped along time ago). Not going into my full story here other than to say I avoid alcohol, avoid drugs and eat clean diet. Despite this, I still have a large number of things which have gone wrong with my body. One issue I am trying to work out is pain (and some level of twitching and cramping) in my upper back right hand side only. It isn't a problem when I wake up in the morning but becomes problematic with use. Its ok on, for example, a laptop but using a desktop computer with an external mouse brings it on very quickly. One curious feature about this problem is that it is made worse by certain foods. Two examples are blueberries and onions. The pain comes on within 30 minutes of eating these foods. This leads me to believe some organ of digestion is at least partially responsible for the pain (thinking Liver of Gallbladder).
Has anyone else experienced this problem? or know why it is occurring? Also any ideas on how to address this issue?
