Bag sprouting brown rice?

I've been sprouting wheat and rice using strainers.

This is not convenient, limited in volume, and, worst, wasteful of water.

I've recently learnt about bag sprouting, which seems to take care of all of the above issues.

Sproutman has been successful with wheat sprouting using the bag.
There's no information on his site on using the bag with rice. Nor have I been able to find anything about it on the net.

Anybody knows whether I could sprout rice in a sprout bag?
If so, I'd go ahead and buy one.
