It is my opinion that people should eat what makes them feel good. If you can tolerate cheese (and have candida and tapeworms) then eat it.
If cheese makes you gassy or constipated, then it's best to avoid it.
You can have 10 people who all have candida overgrowth and tapeworms... and every single one of them will have different dietary needs and maybe even some intolerances.
I like chewing gum (with xylitol) for keeping teeth clean.. my partner gets annoyed with me but I buy it in large amounts for the kids because it gives them their sweet fix and kids love the novelty of it. plus it protects their teeth.
Another thing, I've read on here where people swore that by consuming xylitol, it had some kind of positive effect on candida or something. I think it was mentioned by deesmiles. Not sure how true it is.. but I know that when a kid gets a hold of a pack of those xylitol ice breaker breath mints and eats the whole thing at once... they will get diahrrea :/
