Are pinworms back?

I had pinworms about three months ago I took four doses of albezoke and they were gone. Yesterday I saw a bright white dot in my stool but nothing else and no movement. Today I saw a bright white thread like spot about 2mm but in the stool not sticking out like the pinworms did there was also no movement. Could this be the start of pinworms coming back? Please say NO! I did eat brown rice the other day but like I said this is thinner and BRIGHT WHITE. It didn't really look like a pinworm to me as it was stick straight and in the stool and not moving, however I can't think of anything else that it could be. Advice please?? Tweet
