PLEASE HELP Are we sick from mold?

Hello, my wife and I have been suffering skin rashes, headaches, trouble breathing, aches and pain and more, I thought I had poison oak and the doctor said "that doesnt look like poison oak, its impetigo. I went to another doctor and he said it doesnt look like poison oak, he took a culture and it was negative for bacteria! Since these symptoms have persisted we began searching and kept finding symptoms of toxic mold so I looked around the house, then under the house and took the following images, does this look like mold? I can rationalize why the wood is black. Any help would be appreciated. We are in a hotel for now.
