I forgot to mention that licorice root works for that as well.At least it did for me, but as you know all of us are so different. Be careful to eat some foods high in potassium if you take licorice tea as it hold on to the sodium and dumps potassium. Have you had your mineral levels tested to see if maybe you are low?
