any way it seems that you are low in many nutrients which needs to be corrected

use the most suitable form to do so

Like L-Selenimethione for slenium

Copper -Manganese is low

Zinc and sodium phosphorus is border line

You may need to look further in improving your diet it seems that its poor.

Supplementation may correct the defieceny but it wont solve the problem

if it was from low diet OR gut problems(leaky,dybosis,parasites)
Add some Seasalt with water every morining


The toxic metals doesn't show.
