I totally missed that he had 1 oz bottles! I saw he had 4oz bottles and was like, yikes that's a lot!
Thanks for letting me know.. I'm sending for one tomorrow! I'm SO over this snot in my lungs. If I increase my C and do 50,000iu of D then it goes away, but it always ends up coming back on a day when I'm not physically active and forced to breathe hard (exercising my lungs) and it hits during the night and it's most definitely bacterial.
I just add that to my oj with the Lugol's, right? But, I think he said I want to dose 3 times a day with that instead of just once. Tweet
