Is elbow psoriasis candida related?

My elbows have been dry and itchy for a while... they're sometimes red and sometimes fine. They're insanely itchy today so I just had a look and noticed that the one is a little scaly like psoriasis. Is this candida related?
My tongue isn't coated... no real symptoms of candida besides the elbows being itchy.
I scrubbed them with a magic eraser to exfoliate the dry skin off and put some coconut oil and Iodine on them.
Can someone have spots like this without having a huge overgrowth in their body?
