Make your own water kefir. I bought kefir grains on Amazon for around $4 and spring water and make my own water kefir, probiotic. I have cll a cancer of my immune cells and severe breathing problems at times. What a miracle CS is, I do CS during the day, I nebulize it and probiotic at bed time. I haven't had any infections since I've started using both. Thank you so much for those of u that have help me with medical problems.
