six pack abs guy

Since I was banned from the Iodine forum (predictably, because apparently a tiny dose of scrutiny is too much for them) here goes:

Asking the trapper and grizz about six pack abs is the most ridiculous thing I have ever read. This should be funny.

Let's see trapper and grizzly's six pack abs. Both of them are candida ridden and not even in the same universe as six pack ab people.

Someone was kind enough to send me a picture of trapper and let me assure you that this guy is as far from having a six pack as you can get with the exception of maybe grizz. grizz's neck is six pack though (of beer). or maybe six six packs = 36 pack. he has a 36 pack neck.

If you want to get a six pack the fruitarian diet will do it, but it takes a long time to clean out the lymphatic system properly - which is the key to getting the abs right.

trapper is basically a liar.

He posted that the cure for his illness was fruit fasting.

The raw food people have six packs and they post pictures to prove it. Trapper and his merry band of liars are not the people to get advice from.
