I think this is what I've been having too - done a lot of searching online but have never pulled one out of the toilet - in the toilet it's translucent and wide, looks like toilet paper - and about 1-3 feet long depending - does that sound familiar? I'd say rope worm is what I'm dealing with but it's not all twisty & slender looking in the toilet... ? thanks for any input.
