I very much doubt it because Goji berries are quite high in sugar/fructose and they taste quite sweet.

They are very Yin in nature and very high in anti oxidants so are not really suitable for most on this forum.

I have some but boil them with another herb to tone the kidney Chi. I did enjoy eating them but stopped because I don't need any extra yin. I have no reason to believe that I have a Candida problem.

A thick white tongue coating is a sign of excess Yin.
