Trace Mineral Drops (MgCl) cause Headache??
Hi, I'm sorry if this is already answered somewhere - I've searched CureZone and Google but no real luck...
It seems that when I take a high dose of Trace Mineral Drops (TMD, really mostly Magnesium Chloride), I get a really bad headache. I've been drinking re-mineralized water for several months now (Distilled with Trace Mineral Drops added, 20 drops/gallon dilution). But then a week ago I took 20 drops as a small water shot an hour or more before bed and got a huge headache all night. I mean my head really hurt. So I eased off for a few days, but yesterday started to put 10 extra drops into my 1 L Nalgene bottle and drink maybe 2-3 liters throughout the day (like I usually do). But then I got a killer headache last night/this morning.
The TMD bottle states: Begin regimen by taking 10 drops for 3 consecutive days. Each day thereafter, increase serving by 10 drops, up to 40 drops, once or twice daily.
I completely understand that I probably should back off my dosage and do the recommended buildup instead of what I did. But my question is...
Does the headache from the TMD/MgCl mean anything??? Is this indicative of something bigger I should be concerned about? Is it just a sort of die-off effect?
Thanks for your thoughts.
