painful lymph nodes without swelling.

Hi , I have pain in the groin where my
lymph nodes are .Painful when walking and sensative to touch .
I can feel the node/s but it doesnt feel enlarged or swollen . I am worried though I maybe have lymphoma .I have had this pain for 4 years and I have had the nerves , muscles , bones investigated .I also saw a gynocologist and a vascular doc . What else is there but lymph and it hurts right on the nodes . Also alcohol makes it worse and also gives me a pain in neck . I have also had low lymphocyte count for years and also lost a lot of weight without trying which is unusual for me . So I am wondering can you have lympphoma withaoupt swollen nodes? Thanks
