I know, it sounds kind of crazy that I kept going, but I always felt good after the flush and I knew it was benefiting me overall. I live by myself and if I was feeling lightheaded or dizzy, I made sure that I didn't move around too much. It only happened during a couple of flushes and the rest were fine. As far as the throwing up, I'm not sure what to say except that my body just didn't like the mixture of oil and toxins. It was always really quick - I woke up, felt sick, threw up, and then went back to bed.
