I would not be telling you thos if I didn't know from personal experience.
Nobody know why, but when you take iodine, if you have some underlying health condition, like an infection you thought went away... or a cavity in your tooth, a cancerous mole... whatever... for some reason it may flare. It happens to a lot of people including myself. I started at 120mg and i had a chest infection/asthma flare up and an area i recently had surgery on felt tender for a few hours. If you push on, your body usually deals with it of it can. My chest infection was gone in 48 hours with just extra vitamin C.
Accutane use will always cause problems... nobody escapes it. Sometimes it takes 30 years to blow up and sometimes sooner. You were a ticking time bomb waiting to go off.
Every symptom you have points to a severe imbalance in your gut and probably candida overgrowth which is also supressing other functions. Almost the entire Candida Forum is 20 something year old men with the same symptoms... heart palps, erectile dysfunction, stomach issues, brain fog etc. And the one thing they all have in common is Acne med use as teenagers.
There is nothing left for you to do other than continue with Iodine at 100mg minimum to get passed this
Or work on rebuilding your gut and balancing it so everything can flow.
Which is the right answer? You can only decide because i have no freakin clue.
Nobody is going to come up with a magic solution and its not gonna just go away on its own... if it was that easy, we wouldnt have these forums full of trial and error.
Issues in your gut will throw off your entire body... it screws with adrenal function, which leads to a million other things.. it screws with your brain, thyroid, liver... everything.
