Firstly, I want to congratulate you on battling this exhausting and terrible disorder. My husband was diagnosed with UC in 2007 and has not had a flare up since 2008 until this year. He is so weak we had to quit his job and the steroids and enemas he is taking are very scary. The side effects of these medicines could have devastating consequences in the future. My concern is he is sometimes sent into a flare up with herbs and spices, I am just worried he will be sent into a terrible flare up with bleeding due to the ingredients in humaworm cleanse. You said you were bleeding for 3 days, was that before or after you stared the cleanse? Also, could you give me some insight into your experience/flareups? I know everyones flareups and triggers are different that is why I ask.
