I need Help with a tumor (histiocytoma) on my dogs leg

I believe my dog has a histiocytoma (tumor) on his leg, it is a large red bump. It doesnt seem to bother him and I have read that they sometimes go away within 2-3 months. Is there anything natural I can do? Maybe Iodine? Any suggestions would be much appreciated.
