I would actually recommend taking a small shot of ivermectin every 3 weeks for a couples of months. I forgot to do that and now i got worms again. I got rid of them before but the eggs have grown new adults.

U mind sharing your protocol of diet and meds and how you long you took? Im on my 4th day of albendazole tomorrow and im starting to get real drowsy.... I havent seen in worms in my BM just worms skins... thank you.
