HELP!!
I need some additional inspiration.
I'm on day 4 of my first ever Master-Cleanse & there is a big weekend coming up. I have this horrible vision of me giving up on the detox.
In addition to trying to rid my body of allergies & joint pains, I would love to lose 10-15 lbs. (though I have at least 30lbs of fat that I could safely lose)
I'm 5'4", a woman, and think I've dropped about 4lbs since I started.
Would you all mind sharing what your weight loss experience has been at the 10 day mark?
I'd love to try for 20, but I'm being realistic for myself :)
