The problem is that if you assume that a frequency can help to damage/kill an organism and it doesn't, you are wasting time building useless devices and you are spreading false informations.
You should at least verify what is the effect of an electric signal with a specific frequency on the specific organism it is supposed to target. I know it is not easy and it takes time, but if everybody repeat and spread false/unjustified infos, the tech is not going to improve...
