It appears that these alternative milk recipes may be lacking key nutrients when used as infant milks. For example, what source of vitamin B12 is included? The B12 that is present in the seaweeds is the analog form and therefore unusable by the human body. As a dietitian, this concerns me since the effects of vitamin B12 deficiency may be devastating and irreversible.
