Wriggling worms on stool, help??!!!!!

Help.....not trusting the doctors. Here's the key piece. There was stool in our toilet at home and it sat a day or a few days. The handle had broke and my husband forgot to manually flush it. My Kid Sees 4 Whitish Worms Wiggling Around On Top Of The stool!! They were alive and kind of like rice, but fatter rice. They weren't thread thin like pin worms, but the doctor thinks pinworms.

Could worms magically appear in sitting stool? My kid thought she saw a fruit fly in the toilet too.

Could these be pinworms if they're not dental Floss or thread thin?

My kids haven't been itching their butts. I hadn't, but the other night for the first time I thought I felt itching ir tingling once at night on me.

We're not sure who's stool it was.
Here's the other thing, with me I saw once floating in the toilet water after a bowel movement, clear kind of a bit white more thread like things. Three of them. Then one a different time. But they looked totally different from the worms on top of the stool that my kid showed me.

Also, we've both had stool samples done and they were negative. My kid had a paddle pinworm test done too and hers was negative. I haven't done my paddle one yet.

what's the likelihood of a false negative on these tests? I have been in a panic for 7 days now, and I'm 8 weeks pregnant. This isn't good for the baby. And also i pray i don't have anything as i don't think i can be treated during pregnancy. Thank you so much for listening, and any help : )
