Iodine and pregnancy

Hello,
I've done the Iodine protocol two years ago. Now I'm pregnant (2nd trimester) and I'm a little worried. I'm 23 year old.
This year I stopped taking Lugol's solution because I don't have anymore. Also I've decided not to take Lugol's solution during the pregnancy.
Two days ago I had a problem with my tooth - it was a little inflamed (no blood) and I disinfect it with cotton swab with Iodine tincture. It is written that it contains 5% Iodine, Potassium Iodide - 1.0g, Ethanol - 96% - 26.3ml and purified water less than 50ml. I'm afraid because my mouth inside was with Iodine tincture. After that I took 1-2gr Ascorbic acid dissolved in water.
I know my question is stupid. Is it safe for my baby? I'm talking about the Iodine that I drank. It can't hurt the baby? I'm just more fearful since I'm pregnant.
