It looks like junk... like yeast/fungal maybe... maybe mixed with mucous? I was always told it was candida.
I had a million of those when I first started taking albendazole... my 8 year old had mini ones. A lot would come out in enemas too. Some were see through like yours and some were solid
I had some really freaky ones.. lemme go find the pics!
