It's different for every person. But OJ helps get your system back into the digestion mode, which is why it's recommended. If you stick to fluids first including the juice and broth for the first few meals, you should be able to introduce solids by the second day, but keep your solids simple like raw veggies, fruit juices and broth. Otherwise, you may experience some minor or even major digestive discomforts/ Listen to your body. You'll be able to tell immediately what foods are meeting your body's needs post-fast and which ones just aren't sitting well. Good luck!
