Has anyone gotten off diabetes meds after doing juice fast
Hi Juicing2bBest,
Yes but that was many years ago. I got off all meds after changing my lifestyle, which started with a juice fast. My juice fasts were short (3 to 7 days) and I only used vegetable juice and potassium broth.
More importantly I changed my eating habits, my lifestyle, did more exercise, did less worrying and slept more.
I have been off all diabetes medication for more than 10 years now. My blood sugar has been OK. I have also dropped my hypertension medication.
